Unfortunately, if you're an employee, you've got no choice but to work for your employer at the terms given by the employer. You're trading your time for a salary. On the flip-side, being a business owner, in most cases you'll have the freedom to order your time as you please, the flip side of that is the uncertainty of business. It's usually most difficult at the beginning, but after your first solid business, they rest tend to have better rates of success from lessons learned in past mistakes. Also, your ability better to identify business opportunities increases with each successful or failed business attempt. Now, like no other time, there are multitudes of opportunities everywhere. One just needs time, money and knowledge to implement.

Exodus 20
8 Remember the sabbath day, to keep it holy.
9 Six days shalt thou labour, and do all thy work:
10 But the seventh day is the sabbath of the Lord thy God: in it thou shalt not do any work, thou, nor thy son, nor thy daughter, thy manservant, nor thy maidservant, nor thy cattle, nor thy stranger that is within thy gates:
11 For in six days the Lord made heaven and earth, the sea, and all that in them is, and rested the seventh day: wherefore the Lord blessed the sabbath day, and hallowed it.
The 7th day is a day of rest given to mankind for man not to forget God. For that reason, it's the only commandment in the 10 commandments that begins with "Remember". God knew that there was a possibility for man to forget the creator. Humanity would be too busy working or playing with the toys that God created on the playground known as Earth. The road trips that you can make, the friends that you can hang out with, the food that you can eat, the hikes that you can take in nature... At the end of the day forgetting the one who made everything. The 7th day, is the day to remember the one who caused everything.
The 4th commandment states that all was created in 6 days "For in six days the Lord made heaven and earth, the sea, and
all that in them is", meaning that the Earth and everything in it was completed on the 6th day. Nothing needed to be created on the 8th day as all that needed to be created had been created by the end of the 6th day.

Fun fact, the career that God designed for mankind is agriculture.
The job that Adam was given was agriculture, to tend the Garden of Eden.. The primary work that humans have been doing for generations since the time of Adam till recent centuries has been agriculture. The bible talks of a new earth where... "they shall plant vineyards, and eat the fruit of them." In the new earth, the career there will also be agriculture.
Man before the fall... Agriculture. Man during the fall... Agriculture... Man after redemption... Agriculture... This means that for man to attain his most ideal state of being, the highest probability for that to happen is not found in an office, but in agriculture. You'll be making healthy organic foods, you'll be exercising, spending time in nature, fresh air, sun, have plenty of free time with family while you wait for the harvest etc...
The industrial revolution in recent centuries is what brought careers of a new order, careers that disrupted the norm that has been with humanity since creation. The new careers brought stress, depression and sickness because the human body is designed to be active, not spending the whole day physically inactive, overworking the mind. Careers that involve physical movements are better than the ones that don't, but are still are not as great and wholesome as a career in agriculture.
