You put a price target when the share price is falling which becomes your entry price.
For example when share price was falling,and you had put a target of ksh.21 you would have got it.
Buying when the price starts rising is tough because of getting the supply.

Adil is the managing partner of Dentons HHM. Nabii's son works in Dentons HHM, though in the litigation practice.

No telling on this but an interim will obviously prevent a drop past its current floor of 20.50 in the interim.
But of even more interest to Investors is the future of Safcom's current CEO Peter Ndegwa. I heard from the grapevine that his 3 year contract ends next month.
The chicken seller would obviously want a guy like Oigara who helped him previously in his exploits in KCBsmile .

Safaricom declares interim dividend of KES.0.58 per shares payable to shareholders on the register of members at the close of business on 15th March 2023.
23 remains the floor for now!
