Hello Wazuan,
Am here for ideas. We are building an apartment on an 1/4 plot and when we were just about to finish roofing we decided to dig a septic pit.

The challenge is, we hit an underground stream!, just about 8 feet deep. We've been pumping out water hoping it will dry out but the water keeps gushing out. At approximately 10k to 20K litres per day!!.

We are convinced it is not other upstream septic outflows or sewer because we are getting very clean water, has no odour.

Our property is surrounded by other properties and there is just no more space to relocate the septic.

Tried blocking the inlet section using water proof cement but it quickly leaked out.

Been scouting for rapid cement 'quikrete' but found none in Nairobi.

Any ideas are welcome.
....He who began a good work in you will carry it on to completion..
