The Waterfront Mall in Karen, Nairobi up for Sale. Asking KES.20B  . Not surprised they are putting it up for sale. From an unpleasant, unkaren, non rustic look to low traffic...this was bound to happen. What's more, The Hub, tastfully finished and is only 150 meters away was already up and serving clients from the Karen and Kilimani area by the time they began building. @SufficientlyP

Before Carrefour Junction and Sarit opened, guys from the Lavington area i.e Kingara rd, James Gichuru and riara would go all the way to The Hub and Two rivers to shop at Carrefour. This has since stopped as Carrefour is now everywhere. True, we used to go there from Westlands for our monthly shopping. We have now moved to 2 Rivers as Sarit is the worst shopping experience ever! Business opportunities are like buses,there's always another one coming
