A new SK baby.....

Why is there such a big channel difference between one package & anor? Am in Compact and i find NO justifiable reason for some channels not being part of the package e.g the documentary channels such as Crime, etc. Do i have to pay for premium package which is so expensive to watch documentary channels? Most of the channels in Compact are repetitive reason I should have more of them for the worth of my 2k ++!! What's your take on this?

I am on premium but always wonders why DSTV air SSTV & not NTVU and Tanzania TV? Besides that there are numerous channels that are not accessible,is it worth $72 p.m.

I can swear they didn't hold a gun to your head (either,if I may add) and tell you to sign up.

GTV won 80% of premiership whereas Dstv only got 20% of EPL........Bidding starts next year again!!!

...why is the islam channel(348) on DSTV scrambled? All other christian channels are open. Why the discrimination? I thought I would have the opportunity to understand more about the Islam religion and stop throwing mud at it all the time....!!!

Have any of you guys received a postpaid bill?
My contract with DStv is prepaid but I have been sent for a bill! How's that?
Has this happened to anyone else and how did you deal with it?

And btw, what's the big deal that the guys can't give dates on when the payment is due? I asked them and all i got is 'we'll liaise with SA'. How do i know when am supposed to pay or have to set a reminder?

The decoder sends mail 2 days before disco. Mail alert is a small envelope on the top of your screen.

I at one time asked them if i could choose the channels i needed basically documentaries but they could nt bulge. I am telling you, this pay TV is pure exploitation. Programmes, series, documentaries are repeated every month and after midnight, everything is repeated afresh!!! The so called BRAND NEW SERIES!! especially on documentaries are a repetition of what was cast three months ago e.g . For those who have watch documentaries on NAT GEO Wild, how many times have you seen 'THE CROCODILE HUNTER'? Movies are repeated every week on MM1 MM2 etc!!!
