Congratulations, Robinette, the second W.A.S-C ever to get to that seat, and to Kamala, the first woman ever not only to be VP, but possibly the first ever VP to run after 1st term of an incumbent.

So that we are clear, Joe Biden did not win, Donald Trump lost.

The vote was against Trump, not for Biden.

To put this in context, Uthamakistan voted against Kimundu, not for Wanjohi Wa Mashati.

You all know how that has turned out for Uthamakistanis.

Oh yes... it was a referendum on Trump. I suspect that this will not be a very controversial thread.

It is not Joe Biden we should be worried about, it is his Vice President, Kamala Harris.

You might want to look up Dick Cheney as a point of reference.

Here is a guide: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Dick_Cheney

In summary, In June 2007, The Washington Post summarized Cheney's vice presidency in a Pulitzer Prize-winning four-part series, based in part on interviews with former administration officials.

The articles characterized Cheney not as a "shadow" president, but as someone who usually has the last words of counsel to the president on policies, which in many cases would reshape the powers of the presidency.

When former Vice President Dan Quayle suggested to Cheney that the (VP's) office was largely ceremonial, Cheney reportedly replied, "I have a different understanding with the president."

In other words, who's in charge? Biden or Harris?

Ponder that.

Guys, he won. Don't cheapen his win. He saw off strong challengers in the primary and saw off Trump, who got an astonishing 71 million votes (more than Obama's votes).
By extension, Trump also won in 2016. Looking for strawmen makes people brush off the sentiment that propelled Biden or Trump into office. It is there whether its acknowledged or not, its not wise to ignore it in the future. In the case of Biden in 2020, moderates swung for Biden while voting conservative for the senate and house seats.
Sanders would have been beaten by Trump (speculation on my part). That's a message to the Republican party to never hoist upon them someone like Trump again; the same can be said of the people who swung for Trump or the strong independent protest vote in 2016 against Clinton.
Notice Hilary Clinton gave the Biden campaign a wide berth. The message hit home with the Democrats. Voters (or I should say some voters) have agency. They are not just a single, homogenous block. Getting the numbers in your corner is a result of planning, hard work, skill and policies tailored for such an outcome. No guessing or luck about it.
Don't cheapen the win.

Stop reading right wing blogs on the internet...They have a habit of lying just like your liar in chief drumpf.

Kamala Harris is a wonderful person who has won every election she has run in white neighbourhoods.

So chill wait until she runs before you start puking drumpf lies.

In the meantime, go sooth your racist in chief ego on twirra...he's having another tantrum.

Asi. Sounds more and more like Kenya in the days of Baba's hard-headedness 2007, 2013 and 2017 smile

A taste of their own medicine seeing as they've been pushing the same down our throats with impunity. Did I see them calling for an audit of the Ugandan elections?

This is what we should be doing. Not playing around with jokers like our young duo! Look at Kifaki how he moved us forward. Older presidents focus on leaving a legacy. Not wealth building like the so called hustlers who were plucked out of university in 1992 and given loads of money popularly knowns as Jirongo crippling our economy!!!
