Any idea when M akiba bond will be issued.

I hope they would bring it back. Skeptical they will bring it back. It wasn't as successful as they initially thought it would.

What is success in taking a loan?

They need money to pay doctors, fund counties, finance the referendum and the phantom BBI. Another 10% bond will be good for them.
