Is Orengo being paid both sides to break Jubilee and ensure early elections

I remember Moi enticed Raila to Join KANU and latter more KANU diehards run out from Moi for having Rail in.
Raila latter boasted he went in to break KANU from within (Implosion)

Moi on the other side wanted to use Raila to break opposition
Having learnt from 1997 elections Raila jumped from the window of his suitor and supported Kibaki.

Moi made sure Raila lost, and to divide the votes more Moi supported Uhuru.

Now, the die is cast, Uhuru has outsourced his advisers from Opposition with an intention;
1. To return hand to Moi senior through Gidi
2. To maintain Raila at hands length for the term
3. To keep the Executive PM seat and drive us for another 10 years
4. Family focus on their future economic interests
5. Weaken all the current top leaders for him to appoint next leader who would still elevate family members to more senior positions.

From what happen in Senate all could see how Orengo factor was strong. Orengo seem to be advising both Raila and Uhuru. It is my bet Orengo will be the next Chief Justice or Attorney General with an Uhuru PM and Raila as Coolie President.
