Try Uhurus bank the storage is in upperhill CBA i think they charge 2k yearly and 200 to access na ukipoteza kifunguo they charge you something.

Good for Title deeds and etc. Meba bank does not have storage services. I am not sure of other banks though

On a lighter note, why not let your wife store your Title deeds?

2500 per year for a medium locker. They have three other sizes and I think the prices range from 2k to 8k. This you need to confirm with them. They also have a custody service where you give out your parcel and they charge you per size. You need to confirm the price too but I think they start at 2k dependent. About the number of A4 documents that can fit, I have never given it a thought but now that you ask, I'll carry a tape measure next time😀
