hosting WIFI providers

if a WIFi provide want to use your building to host their equipments so as to provide internet internet in the neighborhood . what are the implication, benefits and how much are you supposed to charge them.

Charge them for space and get them their own power meter. Typically they will occupy less than a bedsitter worth of space but since this is a commercial business, then the rates should match that.

Depending on what they are installing, they may want to erect a tower or poles on your roof. If it exceeds 25m in height, it should have an aviation warning light.

Depending on the weight or type of structure, you may have to consult with your architect about drilling and mounting of the mast.

They should submit to you copies of their CAK license and frequency allocations just to avoid being caught up in this illegal transmitters business.

Woh thanks alot. does it make sense to fore go rent from them and have them install free WIFi in the building,and with this can i charge the tenants some cash for the free WIFI
