Inaitwa kenya this is waiguru talking about raila given the way he and muthama tormented her back in 2016 Populous Mt Kenya region is open to forming a political alliance with Opposition leader Raila Odinga ahead of the 2022 elections, Kirinyaga Governor Anne Waiguru has said. She seems to be aiming for a higher position either DP or PM in the next goverment "She promised Kenyans to be on the lookout for “a more aggressive Waiguru” that will seek to unite the region and stop it from falling apart"

I have come to the conclusion that, Mumbi wa Kamotho is never to be under estimated...If in doubt ask Wangari Karua.... I have also come to accept that there is no loyalty or permanent enmity in politics...Nothing surprises dear old me anymore... Happy non emotional voting.... Ce n’est pas si grave...

Happy non emotional voting.... But she will play it safe. I don't think she will partner with baba and risk losing it all yet she can still retain the governor's seat. BBI will solve it :)

That ticket RAOMUM is dead on arrival...... Yesterday Kivutha said that there is no unity if Ruto is left out and said he looks forward to 2022. Life is an endless adventure

Wrong strategy? She should aim for the sun to get to the moon. Just sitting pretty and expecting others to put a crown on your head has never worked to date in +254.
Try claim 4 the big seat at least the way kivutha is doing to be taken seriously

I agree...If I was Her I would definitely play it very safe.... ..Political talk is just that......Sometimes (and am not saying this is the case) you have to neutralisé your enemy before pulling the rug off their feet...Politics is a game of wits, addition or subtraction depending on the end goal...Stranger ‘d’alliances’ have occurred... After all it is Kenya, where absolutely anything and everything is possible....(don’t mind me though, I think I have turned into a political pessimist)... Ce n’est pas si grave...

The Kirinyaga's Governor Seat is not safe for her. The current Women Rep has put up a pretty impressive show among the grassroots voters, especially deep in the rural areas. Should Anne Mumbi decide to defend her seat, she runs the risk of loosing. Right now, between the two, it is too close to call.

She is most likely the strongest Kikuyu politician after Uhuru at the current moment. She's much safer aligning with Dr. Ruto than baba for survival. Baba lost the Kikuyu vote completely the day he declared 40 vs 1 in 2007 election and its aftermath. Kikuyus only entrust their votes to someone who can guarantee these three thing are protected or preserved; their land/property, businesses and culture. BBI will solve it :)

Mumbi is not popular. Probably in Kirinyaga but amongst the Agikuyu, she wields little and so it does not matter whom she supports. Of course the other fallacy is that Raila can't get central votes. I am certain that if elections were called today, Raila would get over 70% of Central votes. This figure will only go up with time fueled by tangatanga paranoia and Cherargei talk.

Sad that we are discussing elections for 2022 in 2019. Anyhow I agree with you, currently amoungst mountaineers my dear baba will get the votes. I was seated with some group over the weekend and the talk was ....."Ruto!......over our dead bodies,we forgave but will never forget. The man is is not only a murderer/warlord but a refined thief. He has also exhibited Moi tendencies,we do not want another messy years of kaleo leadership." Love is beautiful and so are those who share it.With Love, Marriage is an amazing event in ones life time, the foundation of joy, happiness and success.

Then the kikuyu masses(wanjikus) are the most stupid lot to ever exist, How can they protect something they don't have? Masukuma's concept needs to be drilled down to the kikuyu wanjiku with a screw driver If Obiero did it, Who Am I?
