1. Labour CS Ukur Yattani Kanacho has been appointed the National Treasury CS in an acting capacity.
2. Julius Muia - National Treasury PS. 3. Torome Saitoti - Planning PS.
4. Gordon Kihalangwa- Defence PS.

What about PS East Africa Community?

By the way, why was this PS involved with the dams anyway?

That's how organized stealing is done. You shuffle departments and personnel here and there by the end nobody knows who approved what

Who the...

Haki I've never heard that name before today. Anyway, now we will know him since he is the one sitting on the jiko.

He is the quintessential "mfanyi kazi wa serikali" Has worked for government all his life from DO to DC to Ambassador. The only time he left GOK was when he was Governor of Marsabit. I suspect he is NIS damu.

Just putting this here so I can check this thread in 1 year to see how we are doing.

I predict 110 to 120 in 12-18 months. I hope I am wrong.

1 USD = 104.10 (Only 2 days)

That 50cents per dollar is a lot of money for a net importer country.

In 2015 while he was the governor of Marsabit County Ukur Yattani was named in President Uhuru Kenyatta’s infamous list of shame.

In the list that President Kenyatta handed to National Assembly Speaker Justin Muturi and Senate Speaker Ekwee Ethuro after the State of the Nation address in Parliament on March 26, 2015, Yattani was accused of abusing his office in purchase of motor vehicles for his government; implementing a fencing project; manipulation of the county budget, mismanagement and general corruption.

I think Jubilee's delivery performance is within what 'we - Odomodomo' expected. No surprises.

On thieving, that was also expected, no surprises.

Let us move on to 2022.

Your observation is very correct. We accept our failures, unlike the chosen ones.

It's time to eat.....

https://www.the-star.co....d-ex-cs-rotichs-driver/

Quote:
Two policemen are being investigated for allegedly extorting Sh200,000 from former Treasury CS Henry Rotich's driver.

Mohammed Kiptirim Cheboi reported the matter to the KICC police station, saying that he was arrested on Tuesday at Treasury buildings by two people purporting to be policemen investigating the Arror and Kimwarer dams case involving Rotich.

He said they demanded Sh300,000 for him to secure his release.

Cheboi said he was released after raising Sh200,000.

He said the same officers went to Treasury buildings on Wednesday and arrested Cheboi's friend and businessman Peter Oyaro and demanded Sh100,000 on forgery allegations.

They allegedly assaulted him and later escorted him to a place near Kamukunji police station and waited for the money to be delivered.

You read this thread with Sudi included with videos. Then you read the thread about Ken Okoth. And you wonder. Is Saitan really real?

Maybe @Tycho can educate us. In Igrish pris.
