I think the EACC and DPP have done an excellent job with both the Kidero and Waititu cases? They have presented clear money trails. This has put the burden squarely on the judiciary and any ethical Judge or Magistrate should be able to throw these 2 in prison. https://www.standardmedi...he-money-flow-in-kiambu

I think CBK tightening banking regulations has helped a great deal. If you are a thief and received money through a bank or mobile transfer you must be having nightmares. The records are all there. Looks like Tunoi was really smart to receive his loot in cash at night.

Looks like Tunoi was really smart to receive his loot in cash at night. Agreed 100%. Could it be that there is a team somewhere within govt that has been tightening screws one by one and sealing the loopholes ? It's beginning to look like pulling off a successful corrupt deal is a lot harder that it was a while back.
