The wazees have been rigging/cooking the books to hide massive sales they have been making with lastmile and transmission upgrade. The casino is rigged(pun not intended). Civicon has failed to deliver even an inch of tarmack in Eldoret, Makueni and other areas where it won contracts for annuity road project. They even had problems delivering EABL factory in Kisumu. We read in the newspapers last week that orpower22 is dead on arrival...Civicon is a deadbeat....run for your wife. Dumb money becomes dumb only when it listens to smart money
