Sugar coating, they should just admit tough economic times. When you seperate it means more roles will be created since each unit will be independent instead of shared roles.

Jubilee seems justified. Nairobi Hospital may come off worse in this battle

Someone has to take up the mantle to stop the fraud and ambulance chasing. As the largest (or top 3) medical insurer, it makes sense to do so.

Better still they should move all high networth business from Nrb Hsp. to AKUH. That way they will be in full control

Stopping over-billing, fraud and "ambulance-chasing" has to happen across all hospitals. Others e.g. APA, CIC, OM, etc should JOIN Jubilee.

Do you want to say AKUH who is a member of the Jubilee family doesn't over-bill and commit fraud as you have stated.
Your argument holds no water,at this point we don't know between Nrb hospital and Jubilee who is right.

Quote:
From Wikipedia Bujagali Energy Limited page

As of September 2016, the shareholders in BEL were as listed in the table below:
1.Jubilee Investment Company 25.0%
2.Government of Uganda 10.0%
3.SN Power AS 45.0%
4.Industrial Promotion Services 10.0%
5.Aga Khan Fund for Economic Development 10.0%

Anyone know when the shareholding changed?
Isn't the Aga Khan involved in like 3 of the 5 entities involved listed above?
