NIC is part of the Wezesha Consortium.
As is CBA.
The merger is beginning to make sense.

I hope they can get a Strategic Investor [not the Kenyattas or Ndegwas] who can pump in money for regional expansion + expertise. This would also provide us with a better idea as to intrinsic value.

Reverse merger confirmed:

1. Banking business of NIC will be moved to CBA;
2. Some directors of NIC will resign;
3. The new combined entity wil be renamed. Directors of combined entity to have full discretion in the name.

For FY 2017, the dividend from ONE share of NIC was greater than the total profits KQ made from 2012-2019. Laughing out loudly Laughing out loudly Laughing out loudly

BTW, there's also a proposed dividend from NIC for FY 2018. #Winning

NIC was doing well.

Mondo passed rate cap Bill.

NIC struggled, valuation fell.

Mondo came to the rescue with a price of 43.

Offer accepted, all is well.

Having entered after rate cap with With ABP of 29.6, I don't mind the state of affairs.

NIC is also involved in the TSS mess as a lender.
https://www.businessdail...2950-4sfe1kz/index.html
It will be a slow grind but hopefully the lenders can auction the assets of TSS and make some recoveries.
