I have only one Lord and his name is Christ Jesus. Unlike you works based Catholics, I put no confidence in the flesh nor in fallible men like Sproul or even Piper on whom I can write a whole thesis! You still have not answered my very simple question. Why do you guys BLATANTLY disobey the second commandment?

By the way @mugunda, how did it go with your "Slay Queens", have you tried taking a dump "...and spread DUNG on your faces..." Bible MALACHI 2:3. May be it can work on them

Then why can you not worship your “doctrinally sound” trinitarian God quietly, and let others worship theirs as they please. Why doesn’t being in the most perfect Calvinistic church not make you happy enough that you have to go after the beliefs of the RC’s, Ishmaelites, Rabbinists, Mormons, etc. Can’t you be happy in your own cult like worship? The audience (and issue) Christ was addressing was very clear The Pharisees thought they had a one way ticket to heaven simply because they were ethnic Jews (God's chosen) and they also believed that wealth was a direct blessing from God as well as an affirmation of their "holiness", yet Christ blasted that to smithereens with your statement. Wealth is neutral. Joseph of Arimathea was wealthy yet was saved. The LOVE of wealth over Christ is where the problem is as the parable of the rich young ruler proved 1 Timothy 6: 17 further affirms this. We all know Scripture is very clear on the way to heaven. Definitely does not involve chanting Satanic Hail Mary's while clutching rosaries and communicating with the dead - something Scripture expressly forbids!!

I kent Why? Because He tells me to spread the Gospel to sinners like you (and me) so that we all may be saved. Nobody is forcing you to read every single post I write (Im flattered) Whenever someone is really pricked by a simple message regarding God you know there are some soul/heart issues there and a pricked conscience that is really bothering them deep inside. I wish you well Apricot!

This 'reformed' theology is typically anti-Christ especially if @Clozifake represents it. Why? It has no hope to offer the mentally ill! In fact, it alienates the sick. And for those whom it can't deal with it happily consigns to the 'sick' category. Their pseudo-Christ can't heal. But he can surely brag!

I wish you well Apricot! Fair enough. Every religion proselytizes. Some do it through the sword; others through food; yet others appeal to their audience's fear by preaching salvation in lieu of eternal fire and fury upon death. You belong to the last one. Curiously, however, is the approach you take. It is often a combative and demeaning tactic, misogynistic and condescending in nature and where one side only (yours) has all the answers. For heaven’s sake (pun intended), how do you expect to appeal to your target audience if that is your evangelism approach? Don’t they teach how to be fishers of men in those “doctrinally sound” reformed gospel churches? I can laugh too by the way. First time in history we can save the human race by laying in front of the TV and doing nothing. Let's not screw it up

Ahaaa!! At LONG LAST Psycho 's theological position becomes CRYSTAL CLEAR. I can respect a man who comes out clean about where he stands. Not a waffler hiding behind swarms of empty verbiage questioning very simple concepts he neither understands nor believes in yet expects answers for! Kudos to you for finally coming clean, bruh!

At last, a reasonable response Is it "the approach" (the classic excuse used by most of those who reject Christ or are uncomfortable with their current standing with God and consequences thereof should they pass away to meet Him and be judged) that pricks you, or the eternal implications of the message of the Gospel itself? That's like saying I will not attend my summons to Court because the server who came to my door to deliver it to me was rude to me. Does that even make sense? And who said Mugundaman is the ambassador of reformed theology? I am not a pastor in a pulpit, Wazoo is not a church. We do not know each other personally nor have ever met. We are just two faceless handles having a discussion in the wilds of cyberspace. I am simply a sinner like you, but I have put my full faith and trust in the perfect finished work on the cross by Christ Jesus. All my sins are forgiven in Him - past, present, and future. FOREVER! Even "my approach " has been forgiven . What a beautiful gift! This where most non-believers miss the boat. A believer in Christ is not expected to be "perfect". But they are experiencing Sanctification - a progressive decline in sinful patterns over the course of their lives as they are slowly being conformed into the image of Christ. In fact if you attended even a doctrinally sound church you would be shocked that many Christians there go through the same struggles with sin that non-believers do. The difference is they are eternally forgiven in Christ through faith while the non-believers aren't if they do not repent and believe before it is too late . Shalom. P.S. Glad to see you can laugh too. That's always a wonderful thing. Some people take themselves too seriously on Wazoo as if being here were a paid position. I won't mention names!

Now I know the type of personality I have been dealing with. Every conversation has its benefits. Thanks for sharing! I would only add one more sentence. Conversion would be more beneficial than scoring of points. Your choice. Thank me later. Out. First time in history we can save the human race by laying in front of the TV and doing nothing. Wakanyugs, But what friendship does Christ have with the spawn of Beelzebub and his Satanic Ishmaelite false prophet Muhammad leading his deceived followers on a one way ticket to Gehenna with crackhead speeds!
The bondwoman and her Ishmaelite son were cast out of God's Kingdom as early as Genesis! I want no parts of their sealed fate! In simplistic financial terms telling me to hedge my bets between the two is like telling me (with a straight face) to hedge my bets in the NSE by investing in Safaricom which powers Kenya Inc, and in Mumias in equal measure. Haiwezimek!
