Kengen slaps Kenya Power with a Kshs. 1 Billion fine for delayed payments
Never count on making a good sale. Have the purchase price be so attractive that even a mediocre sale gives good returns.

This clearly shows Kenya Power is now being mismanaged; one for Kengen to come out in the open and two we never used to hear this over the last 15 years or so. Kenya Power seem to be headed for the worst of times.

And they can dare lie in broad daylight that they pay all the power producers on time!!! How do you trust fellows who lie even when there is clear and collaborated evidence!? What about things that are not so obvious??

You know kenya power is trash when Kenyans ordered Sh4 billion worth of solar kits in the first six months of 2018, becoming sub-Saharan Africa’s top market for the off-grid power products.

Kenya tops global uptake of solar lanterns

This useless monopoly should be broken up as soon as yesterday.

How many shares does Mama Ngina hold? Last I heard she was the 4th largest shareholder with 2.2 million shares!

And why are they letting the firm get run down when there is a lot they can do starting with streamlining of management and operations.

Ama this is just pocket change.

Or next I hear she will be a 22 million shares having bought on the cheap. Mmmmmh....

KPLC needs to learn from KQ on how to manage the situation when it cannot pay its creditors on time.
