I have a particular need that I need to sort that is why I have Brough the price down. it is my land and I believe I can do as I please with it.and as I had said/written earlier the land goes for 320 and some people are selling for 350 even 450 per acer in the same area.. it is a good deal yes so if you are interested you can do your due diligence. it is a cruel world out there but not everyone who is kind is out to get someone else... some of us are just here trying to do the best we can... @rose101, So the 50 acres has it own title or you are yet to sub-divide the 100 acres? rose101 wrote:
the title is under a company name. under my hubby and i. we have both decided to sell. so if you are interested you will meet both of us. its actually 100 acres in total and we are just doing away with half.

I have owned this land for the last 7 years .I bought it when it was 70 k per acer and my intention has never been to sell it until now.. I have never sold land I own this will be a first. so as for property broker I am not. I do not know @mugundaman and I don't know why you keep insisting .also the rest of the names I supposedly know. perhaps its hard for you to believe that someone can own such big parcels of land. Someone trying to create demand for his plots here. There is a connection between MugundaMan, Wukan, KateMbarire and Rose101. If not the same person, they are property brokers working in cahoots to market their plots.
