That philosophy did get me into trouble with ARM but it is an important consideration for me. I paid a "discount" of 80% to stated NAV with the understanding that the NAV will take a 50% hit in FY18. I may have underestimated that. I have bought Centum below 30 at a 55% discount to stated NAV but I expect some of the NAV to disappear into thin air as valuations drop. ORCH isn't my cup of tea BUT it did make a profit unlike many NSE-listed firms including ARM, HAFR, KQ, EAPCC Greedy when others are fearful. Look at its chart and try to understand what I am saying without hiding under other firms in non comparable trade segments.. CMA ought to be outted on this.. A share drops from KES 80 to KES 14 overnight and no comments are made on the cause. Impunity!
