I don't think so. Are Uganda, DRC, Somali, Angola, stronger? War affects up to the third generation when it ends.

On a different note, I loved that Tanzanian Bank Kofi Annan condolence message, if only they could have used Kofi's picture and not Morgan Freeman's... Laughing out loudly
