Rank: Member Joined: 11/7/2017 Posts: 186 Location: Nairobi		Forgive my ignorance here. What are the legal obligations of Companies. I know VAT should be filed before 20th of the next month. What else; 1. Should a company file returns annually and what are the Consequences of not doing so 2. If a Director wants to quit, what is the procedure. Read somewhere that one should submit resignation to the Board. Bla bla 3.Can you file nill returns indefinitely ... ... 4. To reduce tax obligations, can one claim personal expenditure as company expense
