Where can you conveniently (and relatively cheaply) build a private race track in Kenya? Watu wako na pesa, au siyo?

Revisiting this thread because the WRC *might* be coming back to Kenya. If so, how could one take advantage of it?

I was thinking of the same thing in Samburu, do something like the Michelin test tracks, for thrill racing, testing jalopies, quarter mile races, etc in Samburu land is still in plenty and cheap and very dry.
