In each country of operation they aim to be in number 1 or 2.
He intends to change model of going more retail while maintaining the corporate business
Though they lost safaricom medical insurance due to poor service

Yeah, may be because they partially honour their obligations. Friend of mine got charged 8K more for a tyre replacement for his 50% share of contribution. Kwa Jubilee receiving premium ni arusi lakini kulipa ni matanga. Their customer service sucks.

Thx for the tip Ericsson; as a customer I avoid Jubilee like the plague. Will for sure check out CIC for my next renewal.
