If you listen to the political talk after the handshake I get the feeling there is going to be a change of constitution before the next election that will allow for the creation of a position of Prime Minister.
Prepare for a referendum in 2019 or 2020.

Prepare for a referendum in 2019 or 2020. Unless ruto plays ball hii ni long shot and i don't see the URP wing of jubilee wakikubali again it will look nothing short of betrayal by Uhuru why did he not accede to the changes during his first term.

When Kassait (a KANU MP) took time to draft a new bill to introduce the PM's position - I wondered... what in the hell did he just do? if he is alone he is rather foolish... if he is not... he is rather clever! It would make sense for URP to support this change of 2010 Kanstitushon...picture this: baba supports Machozi to ascend to Presidency and...not baba but Rosemary Odinga ascends to PM position. It would be a win-win for Machozi and baba coz their interests would be taken care of.

Prepare for a referendum in 2019 or 2020. This I support, just don't ask me my reasons. But we don't want referendum

And the Referendum will be a pre-election to test coalition combinations Truth forever on the scaffold Wrong forever on the throne (James Russell Rowell)

Moi made a statement about tinga during one of his tours. I still rem it to date. "The true measure of a man is how he treats someone who can do him absolutely no good.
