When things were (temporarily) looking dire, some were throwing stones at me! It's there in B&W.

It was no longer about a discussion on the MERITS or DEMERITS of the investment.

Anyway, he who laughs last, laughs loudest.

Enjoy your chums....they should take it on the chin ..like men...I have a feeling this thread is going to be revisited soonLaughing out loudly Looking forward to the day @obiero gloats on here about how KQ was a multi-bagger for him. OMG we'll never hear the end of itLaughing out loudly Laughing out loudly Laughing out loudly Laughing out loudly there will be hell to pay.

Laughing out loudly Laughing out loudly Laughing out loudly True. We hear enough praise for KQ when it loses less money than a prior year. I wonder what we will have to bear if KQ makes as much profit as my neighborhood kiosk. d'oh! d'oh! d'oh!

Anyway, this is a NIC thread.
I am glad I stayed in despite the stones lobbed at me Applause

Very true. It was insinuated by @thedeal that we were stupid for buying NIC at 25.

Wacha folks start crying "cartel aka sour grapes" when Centum (to replace KK) comes through for me. Laughing out loudly Laughing out loudly Laughing out loudly

I also have I&M, Unga (Seaboard needs to try again at a higher/fair price), KenRe [my only GoK holding].

Other smaller stakes include C&G, TPSEA, Equity, etc. [Keep it tight. Not too many so I can spend time researching the few I have]
I even have FTGH. Yes, supporting the local manufacturer!

It just gained 20% from Ksh30 in a mini bull run...even KPLC moved from 3 bob to 4.41...that's like +47%...when the tide is rising it pulls everything along with it...

PPT came in to save the day. The candle stick patterns just before the merger announcement reveals a lot 'soko mjinga manenos'. The current bull run shud continue if it does not break below 34.20
