@BGL @Guru what do you guys have on this bird? Gather they did 64% dividends for 2016. Got in just kiasi in 2017 to test waters, who has the scoop on them?

They have actual shares and Amica ventures that sells property. That's the one that gave 64%. Waiting to see what they do for 2017
