Resignation Notice While on Leave

Hi,

I intend to resign from my current job in the coming month and want to be as professional as possible.

I've never resigned before and have very little experience on it. I intend to give the month's notice then apply for a month's leave on the same month.
Is that possible in the first place?

Whatever you do, don't burn your bridges on your way out, you just never know.

Have the letter ready. But first try a conversation with your manager & let them know your plan, not for counter offer purposes but as a way of professionalism & respect of relationship. As soon as you leave that office hit the send button.

I think one month is a fair amount of notice time to resign from any jobs in almost any country. Speak to your employer and explain things politely to make sure you get a nice feedback.

Yes it's possible. As a HRP I actually encourage that, saves the company money that they would have otherwise paid you for leave days accrued but not availed.
