Somalia, DRC, Syria, Libya, Guatemala, Iran, Haiti are countries which were/are important to it's citizens but some external forces had a bigger interest than the citizens If Obiero did it, Who Am I?

There's this sort of war being waged and sustained sometimes called 'the 4GW' and such scenarios as this can't be ruled out.
