Let this thieves go and loot in their villages, no need to repeat their looting sprees daily in Nairobi, raira pays each kes500/=, by using just kes 5million to pay the thieves to destroy and steal, plus supply second generation alcohol in kibera and mathare to the youth, raira can destroy Kenya in a week "people must die for raira to become president", raira ni roho mtakatifu e.t.c and Kenya gone!

Whether Matiangi can enforce the CBD ban on demos will be a major test of whether GoK can prevent NASA supporters from disrupting elections in Nairobi on polling day.

He can do it. To start with, he should withdraw security for NASA MPs attending these demos, coz Kenya is police starved and these should therefore be availed to asist their colleagues to maintain law and order during the same demos.By the way, the purpose of these demos is to create public disorder to such degree that normal business is not possible, to pave way for 'political settlement' outside the constitution. We wait to see if this government will allow itself to be led to the slaughter house like happened in 07/08

Why do Mpigs require police security in the first place. This is unnecessary expense on the taxpayer.
