an affidavit is a statement of "facts" as you knew and understood them at the time you were writing/swearing it! All Mushrooms are edible! Some Mushroom are only edible ONCE!

I am no lawyer but for arguement sake,Samboja swears that he graduated with a B com from K.U.University disowns.The advocate,I guess will have looked at the document at face value.Many affidavits turn out to be untrue during cross exam.
