Who is the shadow deputy president?Has he named chief administrative secretaries?

Have they been vetted by the parliament.The law is clear on this.

But the 5 tribes at the mountain (and the kenyan diapora), the kikuyu, embu, meru, tharaka, mbeere comprise 45% of kenya's population, thus there's no problem with them getting 45% of Ekuru's cabinet. It's called proportional representation. Infact ohuru has shortchanged okuyos, coz mountaineers should be at least 45% of his govt....or 60% when you bring in siasa and votes.
