It's time to finish off baba politically. To decapitate the snake. 57 days to go. That supreme court ruling was the worst thing to happen to baba. Coz the forthcoming defeat will silence him forever. He should have retired with the dignity of 6m votes. But as they say tamaa na ojinga iliua fisi. Time to cut off the snakes head in round 2.

Beyond the numbers it will be our duty to ensure that the form 34A and 34B are the proper ones with all the required features ,are correctly filled and sent to Bomas in the prescribed way. This calls for getting out Agents in good time and training them on those issues. That in my understanding is where the issues lie.Unless the servers have a different story in terms of numbers which so far nobody even NASWA has talked about.

The 48 Laws of Power

Quote:
Law 15: Crush your enemy totally, show no mercy

All great leaders since Moses have known that a feared enemy must be crushed completely. (Sometimes they have learned this the hard way.) If one ember is left alight, no matter how dimly it smolders, a fire will eventually break out. More is lost through stopping halfway than through total annihilation: The enemy will recover, and will seek revenge. Crush him, not only in body but in spirit.

1. Do not sympathize with your enemies.
Your enemy will bide his time and strike back when you least expect.

2. When you pity or hope for reconciliation, it will make you hesitate.

They may act friendly for the time being, but they will eventually destroy you

3. An enemy that is left around is like a half-dead viper that you nurse back to health.

You only strengthen their fear and hatred of you.

4. Give your enemies nothing to negotiate, no hope, no room to maneuver.

Do not humiliate, yet nurture these resentful vipers who will one day kill you.

The law governing fatal antagonisms reads: Reconciliation is out of the question. You must exterminate, crush, and deny them the chance to return to haunt you.

Time to mercilessly send baba to bondo permanently. 70%+1.

Anyone with a list of the fake form 34A's & 34B's?
Which areas?

Question is will his agents agree to sign the form this time, he will find a way to sabotage the process, this is about nusu mkate and not elections.

It is a requirement that when they refuse to sign the reasons are given or so I thought and the PO/RO should not the same.We need to do it exactly that way.

Jubilee should be very conscious of this observation for NASA know all too well that this is for Uhuru to lose. Therefore I foresee a deliberate sabotage of the process in one way or another to make it impossible to have an eventual winner which will create an engineered constitutional crisis. Another nusu mkate in the making???

They will give the reason as massive irregularities then refuse to sign, particularly in jubilee zones, when the case goes to court after they lose, they will point out at the "observed irregularities" and demand another repeat poll and start burning tires, stoning police e.t.c, remember in 2007 they started by killing policemen saying this police were there to commit fraud, 2017 they were targeting KDF but they are talking of 26,000 vote problems only which favor Raila, I foresee no end to this.

I guess we are brighter than that. There shall be independent observers. And they should say what irregularities are there and document them.

Maybe this has been answered elsewhere and I missed it.
Why didn't the respondents just offer a vote recount since there's no dispute on the balloting?

Is that even possible? I doubt under the law a recount is possible considering the tight deadlines

From the way Uhuru is talking he is bound to anger people who would had voted for him e.g. Kisii's. He needs to watch everything he says no matter how bitter he is with the verdict.

My 2 cents, this was not part of the application so could not be introduced. Then again time constraints, not possible practically!!!!!

Yes it wasn't it in the application which is why am thinking the respondents ought to have made the prayer in their counter arguments.
Time constraint would not have applied..since its only the ruling that was time bound and once the courtd had ruled as such the vote recount would have followed smoothly with all the requisite monitoring.
