Tottenham in the group of death. Both Manchester clubs in relatively easier groups.

Really??. Apoel will be the whipping boys. In my view, the most balanced and likely unpredictable group will be G. I guess it will also produce very thrilling games.i.e Monaco vs RB Leipzig home and away.
Nothing great was ever achieved without enthusiasm.

Liverpool took the war to City. That was expected but Roma getting 3 at Bernabeu and in the process dumping Barca? I didn't give Roma a chance but that was real fightback. Kudos to I GiallorossiApplause Applause

There is another team that is taking a 4-1 lead to Moscow on Thursday night.

Roma were at home Stadio Olimpico.

Roma almost went into administration last year when Barca spent over 100M on Courtinho.

Having watched the 1st leg, I wasn't quite surprised at Roma's comeback not least because of the four goals they let in,2 were their own. They had contained Barca well but luck was not theirs.

In a space of one week , City has been humbled. There is nothing special about them. If Roma can make it and City not, that shows , City is not cut for the big things yet. They can attack yes but they can´t defend. On Saturday, they will lose against Tottenham also

And Barca's home base is Camp Nou not Bernabeu.

Robbery in Madrid last night...since Eufalona were gone, UEFA needed another cash cow to go through.

Sad for Juve what a fight they put up but the ref brought the game to disrepute. Very shameful for the lovely game

No wonder not a single Briton has been selected to officiate in the World cup. At least Kenya has Aden Marwa.

It was probably the second worst refereeing in Champions League right behind when Chelsea got robbed in 2009 against UEFAlona.

How? Benatia's was a clear penalty? Anywhere else on the pitch would have been a foul. And buffon pushing his face several times on the ref..and eventually pushing him another card inviting craze.
I am no fan of Oliver but in the heat of the moment he made the right calls

That was a stonewall penalty, why do you guys wanted to see extra time? Feelings kado oliver tried his best, he didn't let theatrics of RM sway his decision earlier on. To many refs the matuidi goal could have been rejected citing keeper infringement. What did you want oliver to do really, deny a real penalty to RM?
Life is an endless adventure
