Held for around Four years. It's 15% of my portfolio, funded exclusively from my profits in other trades like KCB, Centum, Housing Finance,KK and Kengen.

TPSEA is another stock I have been funding likewise. It is now 16% of my portfolio.

I expect the two stocks to return 100% in the next 2 years.

Due to IFRS9 and new regulations most institutions in the financial sector will be withholding dividend hikes

Is IFRS9 for financial companies alone or will it affect everyone?

The price has largely stagnated...I wouldn't call that "worst performing" given there are stocks in loss territory. I actually bought more today but wanted to know if anyone is aware of any major change in its fundamentals coz with a fair value of almost 37 the current price is not rational. Nevertheless, unless fundamentals have changed this is a stock I intend to hold till full value is realised

So it seems until it's not. I thought Unga was a value trap at 8-10 until it hit 40+

This is old news to the market. There must be some new news. Perhaps the end year financials are short of expected .

Ok that is the best I could find...still searching for what else could have spooked the foreigners....It remains a screaming BUY until I find information to the contrary

Don't think this has anything to do with it, also old news.

That piece of land they should just book it in the books as loss in the financial statements.
