Jubilee has been the least corrupt goverment kenya has ever had so far.
It is the level of transparency that has increased in jubilees administration hence all corrupt acts gets uncovered

Is it transparency or the more open social media effect. I agree with you there is less corruption since impunity has substantially reduced. The No 1 does not personally involve himself in these things unlike some era gone by.
