They are giving higher dividends than the EPS. Is it coz of retained earnings

If you cant beat them, join them. They wasted alot of time fighting digital migration, but if they get it right, they will really be profitable.

PBT and taxable income are two different animals. To arrive at taxable income you need to adjust for items like depreciation, gains etc.
