Its said the tenderprenuers own some major LPG filling stations and that they margin has been on the downward trend since the intro of the universal valve, 8 years ago. Some analysts says its all political since @RAO has been manufacturing and selling more LPG cylinders after the market was liberalized when the universal valve was introduced. :-( :-( Portfolio: Sold You know you've made it when you get a parking space for your yatcht.

[/quote] The universal valve definitely opened up the market however the lack of controls has brought in unscrupulous refillers who actually control the market. I believe those are the fellows being targeted.
