We are deep in trouble and unfortunately we are still digging.

Suppose the elections are held in most areas on 26th Oct but are annulled again by the SCOK which orders a new election which Jubilee boycotts forcing yet another annulment??

I think that should be the way forward, lets test and see how far we can go with this, at least parliament is in place, the cabinet is in place we have a president in office, I think we can do with a holding president for five years, it would be better than a negotiated government.

If scork nullifies the fresh election on the basis that voting didn't take place in many areas, who will be the a) complainant and b) culprit c) who will be given orders to remedy the situation?

Their is enough evidence to show that NASA is the main reason why elections did not take place in certain areas if that will form the basis of the annulment unless its an ongoing conspiracy then this time it ends at the supreme court

So in that case would they issue 'orders' to NASA to participate in the fresh election? And if so, why not issue those orders now? Or these scork judges are blind to what's happening, or they live in mars and only visit Kenya to make rulings?

They will just say to iebc in a bullying powerful tone " go and do a fresh election in 60 days according to the law", they will add, "as long as the constitution allows this court to annul a presidential election, we shall do so when we see it fit" , that was their exact reasoning and it won't change, why are people thinking it will change? Why are cowards attacking chebukati and not SC, hii uoga ni mbaya!

Re-scheduled.

BTW how do you just summon the head of state to a meeting, fix the time, venue and above all send the same letter to the media?
Either this chair is foolish, incompetent or sabotage!Sad

Uhuru 2.0 will be worse than Moi. He has been called names, summoned for meetings, hurled to appear in international courts while still a president and he may soon pull a Kabira move on us.

Yah! if Mr. Michuki was there!

The plan is becoming clearer by the day, where baba failed akombe has taken over!

Former IEBC Commissioner Roselyn Akombe has taken a swipe at the international community, saying they have blindly backed a “deeply flawed” electoral system.

In an interview with American NPR radio, Dr Akombe on Wednesday said the foreign countries failed in their mandate to help Kenya prepare for a credible repeat poll.

'NO QUESTIONS'

“It’s a complex situation and where you have international community fully supporting the entire process, without questioning any part of such process,” Dr Akombe said.

“In other countries that I have worked, the international community should have been the first to raise these concerns.”

Even if chebukati goes, many before have gone, the election won't work even with an angel, and if you get an Angel, the supreme court will nullify, hii mambo ya Ku bully chebukati itasaidia nini exactly, the guy is a mzee who don't understand email na akiambiwa ujinga kama "fungua servers" na washenzi judges, he gets confused, the bulk of our older working generation are like him, but judges of Kenya at that level surely? We don't need such a high turnover in our institutions its "national" ujinga, let the supreme court feel it this time, they are the right targets!

I think the weak IEBC leadership that is Chebukati is the cause of all these problems we are experiencing.Instead of providing leadership at the IEBC,He is always whining to Kenyans about his failure to put his house in order. He claims that the other commissioners vote on issues againist him,can he tell us what the law says about how commissioners are supposed to conduct business? What did he expect?I believe most boardroom decisions are done by a vote..especially when leadership is weak.
When he claims that he has summoned Raila and Uhuru to a dialogue, could he tell us under which law he is doing this?
What Chebukati has failed to understand is that the supreme court simply told him to put his house in order and conduct a new election within the law..sasa ameshindwa..Let him resign and go home if he is unable to lead IEBC.

Very true. Nikumangamanga ana mangamanga like a castrated dog. He should stop the sideshows and appear on 7PM news and assure Kenyans that there will be elections on 26th

Pastor Webukati of eacc wanted to investigate SC and the forgeries watu wakanyamazia. The only way to find if she is the one who traded mzungu Illuminati koffi anan, kiai and company ideas in Kenya is to interrogate the Supreme court Judges, EACC must be allowed to investigate the trail of this mischief, they are the ones who pulled the trigger at her evil behest from new york play boy clubs.

Germany. He has just addressed the NASA Rally in Kisumu via phone. Baba has asked his followers to wait for his instructions on 25th on how to proceed now that government has taken so many policemen in the region.

Jubilee need crafty conspirators.
First,RAO's petition could have been avoided by creating mega traffic jam and confusion on the night it was submitted.
Now Baba vows to make a statement on 25th,on the eve of elections, there are so many simple ways to deal with that.

If there is one predictable thing about Rao, its that he will always find ways to keep hope alive among his supporters...so he says... We are going to make major announcement next week...tsunami is coming...so 25th will come, he will say what he has to say, then thereafter, he will still continue having these 'major announcements' till the bitter end coz he has no meaningful economic activity he engages in day to day other than politics. And he ain't changing coz this is in his subconscious and he can't control even himself. Who isn't tired of baba?

The National Super Alliance (NASA) has faulted UK and US for their silence following Roselyn Akombe’s resignation on Wednesday. Led by Raila Odinga, the coalition also raised concerns that the two nations have not spoken after Independent Electoral and Boundaries (IEBC) Chairman, Wafula Chebukati, indicated that the Commission cannot guarantee a credible repeat presidential poll on October 26. ALSO READ: Raila: We won't stop protests “So it has come down to this: The US and the UK have not spoken since the astonishing confession by IEBC chairman Chebukati that he cannot guarantee that the election slated for 26 October will be free and fair, that his own staff do not listen to him, and that he cannot see how we can hold an election in which six million Kenyans who voted for Raila Odinga will feel disenfranchised. “Roselyn Akombe's comments were even more startling, including her view that most Commissioners are keen to have an election even if it is at the cost of the lives of our staff and voters,” reads part of the statement by Raila Odinga’s Adviser, Salim Lone

Is this lady commissioner too patriotic to have left her job at the UN?
Why is the UN accepting her so readily? I thought UN jobs are very competitive and impossible to get.
Did NASA say Mr. Msando logged in the system while DEAD and went ahead to produce a server print out as proof?
Did the supreme court registrar deliberately act as she did?

This to me is starting to look CRIMINAL!
