Very interesting info. So essentially the ill gotten proceeds from charter house bank and Nakumatt could be financing the village market expansion and new hotel?

VM hotel and expansion money is from Equity. The rich never risk their own capital - they leverage on your deposits at the bank and ring fence their investments so that when the music stops you are the one left with egg on your face e.g Atul Shah Vs Nakumatt creditors & suppliers.

So my bro tells me Nakumatt opened at Kiambu mall and the Ridgeway one is still going strong, quite encouraging add to this the Mega, Ukay and Embakasi they might postpone the death, although the locations are not the high-end they were used to, is the parklands branch still open?
