Importing used motorbycle

I want to import a 20ft container full of used motorbycle what is the tax implications and other procedur,does it have to go through inspection like car

I know our goods are different but we can exchange notes.
Mine is based on shaina -Guangzou specifically importing materials and so far i have received different quotations on shipping the 20ft container, delivered to where i want in Nairobi.

Agent 1: 1750 USD (doubtful on this one)
Agent 2: 8000 USD
Agent 3: 15000 USD

I will post more here and update on the final one i will use.
