This company is a shell that either needs to state what their strategy is [future M&A through reverse mergers? what products they are developing?]or close shop.

Otherwise what's the purpose of listing if there are no products, services or plans for either??

Since when did Foreign Exchange Gain get treated as revenued'oh! d'oh! or do we have a different accounting standard for sharia compliance?
