After Nazarene University. 24 km from CBD

Buying one acre at 4.5m to share 4 people. 3 people already on board.

1 km from Ololo Lodge. Next to IDM farm. Just Google the 2 names or Tuala kenya. Very very good neighbourhood. No far from Kitengela glass.

If interested post what's up contact or email address.

The amount i.e 300k goes to the other 3 partners. Land appreciates that fast! Subdivision costs and title processing....

SGR is passing in the area. I will post photos later. Its a very promising area 22km from nyayo stadium. Karen is in the neighbourhood. On the southern bypass its across the national park. You can see the place if look across. If you want to go to yaya,, kili, lavi, new road is being built from KWS to Prestige. Beautiful area with a vibrant cosmopolitan community. The finer details will be handled by the lawyers. Anyone who needs to view can reach me on 0780708201. At 1.2m means an eight is 600k. So 2 guys can join together and co own.

which hardliners? also heard the governor is reluctant to build roads there fearing non-locals will move in, construct and change the voting patterns. But is a good place and think has one of the best views of Nairobi.

Is this near the mosque? on the Ongata rongai/kitengela road at Tuala, oloosirkon? SGR kama inapita hapo itasaidia sana, land value in that place has not appreciated as fast as other places. But its a very nice place.

The issue of non-locals moving in is neither here nor there. We are already there ; luhyas, kikuyus, warios, merus...The governor had better get the roads done!

We all know that having railway near your land is a minus, whereas having railway station near your land is a plus.

In Rongai, the only information that is publicly available points out that the station will be in Ongata Rongai – behind Ongata Rongai Town, and this is very general for those who knows Rongai.
Does anyone in wazua republic knows with certainty the proposed location of SGR station in Rongai? please share.
