things are thick. someone put up a piece of land for quick sale, meaning price was too low compared to average prices in the area. I had shown some interest, but till now he keeps asking if interested in the land. One thing I know is that the new interest rates regime has greatly constrained access to loans for potential buyers

yes it is. 6Kms from Msa road. it can as well be accessed from Utawala as well as Ruai shopping center.
