So I have a ka hustle that i get paid in USD a few times a year. been thinking of getting a USD account that has a low opening balance, low operating balance and zero/negligible monthly charges. Any pointers???

Only downside is u can only withdraw in cash

Withdrawal fee @ 0.5% of the amount.
Need to give notice (24 hours) where one intends to withdraw over USD 10,000.
Acts on instructions given via email,fax etc in the case of diaspora customers.
Internet banking.
