A bought the land from B and they made an agreement. B gave out the title and A hasn't transferred the title in his/her name. C is being sought to buy it thus the sale agreement between A & B and title in B's name are mandatory for a direct transfer from B to C.

You are right Ann. I have the title and sale agreement.I did not buy the piece 'yesterday'.You seem to know a lot kuhusu haya mambo.

Yes,it's in Nkando/Kangaita area, but it's 1 km to the border of Kangaita.The murramed road going up to the forest has reduced the trip from Nanyuki town by boda/vehicle to 6 minutes.
