I think this is a good development. Banks finally doing the work of identifying, and rewarding, good borrowers; rather than just sitting on their backsides and rolling the dice of high risk consumption credit. If they had listened to this counsel years ago we would not have the interest cap maneno today. Now they should do the same for SME's

got pleasant messages from both kcb and Barclays that my credit limit has been increased.if you have good credit history no need to worry.

I supported this bill and still support it

A study wasn't needed to determine the effects of the rate cap law. The simple indicators of job cuts, rising inflation, bank branch closures, depressed real estate uptake, M&As;would be enough proof that shit has hit the fan
