Dear PHC,

To invest in stocks, open an account with a stockbroker. Here's the list of all brokers with their contacts:

Feel free to email/call them about:
- requirements to open an account
- whether they offer online trading (convenient for most people)
- fees charged (some greedy brokers sneaked in a maintenance fee on top of already exorbitant trading commissions)

Brokers are all about the same really, in terms of charges, trading, unresponsiveness, unreliability.

To invest in bonds, you'll need to open a CDS account at the Central Bank of Kenya.

PHC just focus on what positive stuff you are getting . When you see hyena hanging out of the bus and it's a sacco or an emblem with hyenas looking at you like they are waiting for salt to marinate you so as to feast ,then it should send you a signal . Utaona maajabu so do your due deligence
