The scrip shares are very few. Around 79m shares assuming everyone opted for the scrip shares. Thats not even 10% dilution. It's 2.6% dilution. Insignificant. The main thing is the other 2 you have mentioned. The investor's chief problem - and even his worst enemy - is likely to be himself
