Are there any Software As A Service (SAAS) companies in Kenya? What do they do? Is their catchment local or international? How do they receive payments? Is money they collect from their clients VAT-able?

These and any other insights will be highly appreciated.

There are a number of companies offering this in Kenya. I recently had a meeting with an executive from Vsoft about the SaaS and other electronic banking services.
